Resources

We have a collection of useful resources for Faculty Staff and Students including:

Presentations

We represent the University and the Faculty of Health Sciences at a number of conferences and events throughout the year, including ASME and the NHS Higher Education Forum. We hope to upload the information from our presentations to this area in the near future.

Also, take a look at some of our conference blog posts.

Training and How-To

The team runs a number of training sessions and produces a range of how-to guides.  Our archive of materials is available through Google Drive (you will need to log in with your UoB Google account to access these resources).

Case Studies

Our Case Studies area contains examples of innovative use of technology (e.g. Hippocrates) to enhance learning and teaching within the MBChB programme.

Pinterest

We currently host some examples of excellent student-produced e-learning materials on our Pinterest account, UoB Medical School
and  some interesting news articles:

Ethical and Professional Guidance: Consent and Copyright

JISC Digital Media provides guidance for students, teachers and doctors (as well as other clinical and University staff) who wish to use a patient recording or patient data for learning and teaching.

Useful Links

This section contains a growing number of links to some other useful services provided by the University as well as resources and interesting sites hosted by other organisations.
